Questions from Readers Part III - More tips for guys

One of my readers asked me for some more tips so here are a few more for you.

Please be a good representative.
I want to write an entire blog on this topic but in case I don't get around to it, please remember that when you date a woman, or navigate any aspect of your life, you are not just representing yourself. You are representing your family, where you are from, your race, your religion, your country if travelling abroad and, very importantly, you are representing your gender. We are at boiling point in gender relations right now and it is so important to keep this in mind and represent well, always.

Skinny jeans and bulgy pockets = eyeroll
If you wear skinny jeans, please be mindful of bulgy pockets. They are so unattractive! I am totally fine with the fanny pack making a comeback as a solution to this issue.

Just say no to fades.
That haircut where the sides of your hair is buzzed and the top is long? It looks good on NO ONE. That hairstyle has got to go!

Just say no to the fade out.
The fade out, the cool off, the change. However you want to call it, if you decide you don't like the girl/woman you are seeing, please don't do what I refer to as "the change." This is where you go from texting all the time to being much less responsive with the excuse that you are "busy," hoping she'll get the picture and back off because you are afraid of hurting her feelings. Please, please don't do that. Just be direct! If you don't know what to say, just copy and paste:

I just am not feeling the connection that I want to feel in order to continue pursuing something. I wish you the best though and hope that you find someone who offers you everything you deserve.

If you have actually met in person, you should probably say that on the phone or in person. Write it out onto your hand if you need to.

NO ONE needs to have hurt feelings if a connection isn't there because feeling a connection is not a choice. Stop worrying about feelings and just worry about being respectful.

If you don't know how to please her, ASK HER.
That one speaks for itself. Just ask her what she likes, what makes her feel good. This can be sex advice or general advice. Just ask. There really isn't much sexier than a confident man who is eager to please.

  3. I just came across this blog and curious as to how a fade is a don't do? I've been getting a fade since joining the military and have had nothing since. How is keeping your appearance neat and cleaned and maintained a bad thing? Not upset by your opinion, just curious what's wrong about keeping your hair neat and clean?

  4. That is a fair question! I am not saying that fades are a don't. I just personally do not like them, especially when the back is squared off. However, the hairstyle I was referring to is when it is long on the top, like in this example: https://www.google.com/search?q=long+on+top+short+on+sides&rlz=1CAACBD_enUS772US773&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiv89iQwIfYAhWsk-AKHXW6CAoQ_AUICigB&biw=1872&bih=1006#imgrc=HVCqktOuUGA1DM:
