Questions from Readers Part II - Mr. A+, Bunions, Best Gifts for Women

As I told you in my last post, I needed help thinking of some topics to write about. Here are some more of the suggestions I got:

What happened to Mr. A+?

Nothing happened to Mr. A+.

He is a very handsome and eligible bachelor with very good manners who just wasn't the right match for me. All the manners in the world can't cause a spark if the personality chemistry isn't there.

I don't usually like to talk about why things don't work out in my blogs because the gentlemen I write about are often readers too and I never want to hurt anyone's feelings.

I just want to tell stories that will hopefully give people hope that there really are nice people out there in Dating App World and that we can have good experiences with people even if they are not the ONE.

You all remember the guy who contacted me on Instagram to compliment me on my bunions? Well, he requested I write about bunions, surprise surprise. I can't believe I am doing this, but... I aim to please. I've also been wanting to write a new ode:

Ode to Bunion Lover
Apparently having bunions is not rare,
I myself happen to have a pair.
And yes, some of my shoes do hurt to wear.
Before you contacted me, of this interest I was not aware,
and it is strange to me that about them you care.
But, we all like what we like and that is fair.
I think it is cool being open is something you dare
And that your soul you are not afraid to bare.
Sadly, others are not so understanding, as I am sure you are aware.
And yes, at them I know you would want to stare,
If you were ever so lucky as to enter my lair.

Best Christmas gifts to give women?

Well, I am Jewish so I am no expert here.

However, the kind of gifts I think are the best in general?

Your time, your attention, your presence, your kind words, your kind acts, your helpfulness, your thoughtful gestures. What is more precious than that?

And if you need something in material format? A letter declaring your appreciation for all the things she does for you and the all goodness she embodies.

  1. Thanks for answering these, and other, burning questions. Re. Mr. A+--totally understand and appreciate. Getting the balance right between being open and maintaining the privacy of those who may get cast in your bloggings seems a tough thing to do...sorry it didnt work out, but hope springs eternal...
